Kidderminster have been fined £12,000 by the Football League for fielding an ineligible player during October.
The player in question was on-loan Portsmouth striker James Keene, who was unregistered for their games against Bristol Rovers and Chester.
The Harriers pleaded guilty to two breaches of League regulations - and were fined £6,000 for each breach as well as the costs of the hearing.
However, half of the fine has been suspended for a period of two years.
Meanwhile, Kidderminster have signed former West Brom midfielder Adam Chambers, who left the Hawthorns last month, on non-contract terms.
