Kettering bring in loan quartet

Davis could go straight into the side to face Leeds United on Sunday

Kettering Town have signed four more players on loan ahead of the FA Cup second round match with Leeds United.

Midfielder Craig Dobson, 25, signs from Mansfield, and Granadian striker Kithson Bain, 27, joins from Tranmere.

Ritchie Partridge, 29, who also plays in midfield, and left-back Sol Davis, 30, join from MK Dons.

Poppies manager Lee Harper told BBC Radio Northampton: "They've played at at high levels. It won't faze them, and they will be good additions."

Bain, Partridge and Davis are eligible to play in the FA Cup although Dobson is cup tied.

However, only five loan players can be included on the team sheet for FA Cup or Blue Square Premier matches.

Simon Heslop, Marcus Kelly and Anthony Elding are already on loan at the Elgood's Arena.

The signings follow Damian Spencer's move on loan to Kidderminster, and the departures of Exodus Geohaghon to Peterborough and Francis Green to Oxford United.
