Kettering Town manager Mark Cooper is remaining calm despite his side's impressive start to the season in the Blue Square Premier.
The newly-promoted club are one of only two teams unbeaten so far.
"I said all along we want to be competitive and that's what we've been," he told BBC Radio Northampton.
"We keep everything in-house, we're not going to shout and jump up and down from the rooftops. We just keep working hard and let people talk about us."
"There are 41 games to go and we'll take each game as it comes, it's an old cliche but it's so true."
BBC Radio Northampton has full commentary of Kettering v Woking on Saturday at bbc.co.uk/northamptonshire.
