Brown impressed former Ipswich boss Jim Magilton when he first arrived
Ipswich Town have completed the signing of teenage defender Troy Brown after a successful trial at the club following his end-of-season release by Fulham.
The 18-year-old becomes Roy Keane's first new signing after putting pen to paper on a one-year deal.
Brown - who had been at Craven Cottage since the age of seven - has represented Wales at Under-19 level.
Brown was initially brought to the club on trial by former boss Jim Magilton, prior to his abrupt sacking in May.
Brown told the club website: "The manager has said that I will get a chance to show what I can do this season and I'm looking forward to the opportunity."
