Ipswich Town will have the name of their majority shareholder on their shirts next season after agreeing a 'multi-million pound deal'.
The Marcus Evans Group have signed a deal for the next five years, although the actual fee has not been disclosed.
Town's seven-year deal with E-on expired at the end of the season.
Ipswich chief executive Derek Bowden said: "Evans is determined to see this club return to the Premier League and this deal will help us achieve that."
