Strikers Shefki Kuqi and Darren Bent look set to miss international duty after sustaining injuries in Ipswich's 2-0 win against Sheffield United.
Shefki had been named in the Finland squad for a tournament in Cyprus but broke his nose at Bramall Lane.
Bent has been named in the England U21 squad for Tuesday's friendly against Holland at Derby.
But he took a heavy challenge from Chris Morgan and is now rated doubtful for that game.
