Spanish forward Juanjo may leave Inverness Caledonian Thistle next month after being told he could not be guaranteed a new contract offer.
Juanjo was influential for Inverness last season
Juanjo, who has not played since rupturing ankle ligaments in February, said: "I haven't been given another chance and I can't understand it.
"I need games now and I'm ready to go anywhere in the world to play.
"There's no point in staying. It would be different if the manager said he wanted me and promised I will play."
The former Hearts player returned to reserve team duty in late September but has not done enough to earn a first-team call.
And Inverness player-manager Craig Brewster said: "I've told him I can't guarantee him a new contract."
Sending him on loan is an option and he certainly could be on his way when his contract expires next summer.
"He hasn't showed anything like his pre-injury form and our team is doing well, unbeaten in seven games, so I can't bring him in.
"Juanjo needs games and unfortunately I can't promise him that."
