Johnsson leaves Hull
Faroe Islands captain Julian Johnsson has left Third Division Hull City because his wife has failed to settle in England.
Johnsson had a solid first season with the Tigers and was at the heart of new manager Jan Molby's plans for the coming campaign. He has gone back to the Faroe Islands for now and could move back to Norway, where he played before moving to Boothferry Park. Meanwhile, City winger David Beresford is set to resume talks with Plymouth Argyle. The speedy former Huddersfield Town star is available on a free transfer from the Tigers.
