Dean Hoyle has completed the takeover of Huddersfield Town, buying out shares held by former chairman Ken Davey and vice Andrew Watson.

Wakefield-born millionaire Hoyle became majority shareholder and chairman of the club in June 2009.

Davey, who saved the Terriers from administration in 2003, has taken on the role of life president at the Galpharm Stadium.

The transfer is subject to approval from Kirklees Council.
