Boss Peter Jackson urged Huddersfield's fans to "stick together" after a protest was staged against the board following the 3-2 defeat by Yeovil.
"The buck rests with me. I have a budget to spend and at the moment I am not getting results," Jackson said.
"It is not (chairman) Ken Davy's fault or (chief executive) Andrew Watson's.
"People have to remember there were not many people wanting to rescue this club three years ago. My message is to have faith - I have confidence in the team."
