Huddersfield Town boss Peter Jackson has signed former Stockport left-back Danny Adams on non-contract terms.
The 29-year-old was released by County last week but after impressing Jackson in games against his side, has joined Town until the end of the season.
"That position (left-back) has been problematic for us all season and I have brought Danny in to see what he can do," Jackson told the club website.
Adams moved to Stockport in March last year on a free from Macclesfield.
