Stead has scored regularly

Sunderland have had a £1m bid for promising Huddersfield striker Jon
Stead rejected.
Stead has scored 11 times in 17 appearances so far this
season - including one in the Terriers' 4-2 Carling Cup victory at the Stadium
of Light.
But Town are no longer in administration and want to keep their squad together as they push for promotion from Division Three.
It is understood that the Wearsiders, who have drastically reduced the size of
their squad since relegation from the Premiership, offered an initial £500,000 with a further £500,000 dependent on appearances.
The 20-year-old Huddersfield-born player is Town's most-prized asset and further offers could be tabled from Premiership clubs when the transfer window opens in January.
Sunderland boss Mick McCarthy has recruited Jeff Whitley, Gary Breen, Tommy Smith and Alan
Quinn on a tight budget since taking over at the club.
