Jackson left Huddersfield four years ago

Peter Jackson is the new manager of Huddersfield Town, taking charge of the Terriers for a second time.
Jackson was sacked by former chairman Barry Rubery four years ago with Huddersfield 10th in Division One.
Jackson has agreed a two-year contract with Huddersfield, although the deal is
still to be ratified by the Football League with the Division Three club waiting
to come out of administration.
Former Sheffield Wednesday boss Terry Yorath returns as number two, the role he had during Jackson's previous tenure as manager.
Jackson is delighted to be back and confident of moving the club in the right direction.

It is going to be hard - we have eight players and training begins on Thursday

"It feels fantastic to be back in football," Jackson exclusively told this website.
"Especially here at Huddersfield Town, where I had a great two years as manager four years ago.
"This club at the moment is right for me come back. They have just been relegated again and it is important that I go in and stabilise the club and move it forward again."
Jackson is under no illusions about the scale of the task facing him.
"I've got a massive challenge over the next couple of years to move it forward again - and it is not just massive challenge for me but for everyone at the club.
"It is going to be hard. We have eight players and training begins on Thursday and it will be hard. I must sign at least 10 players over next couple of weeks, I am going to be the busiest man in Europe."
Since Jackson was sacked Steve Bruce, Lou Macari, Mick Wadsworth and Mel Machin have been in charge at the McAlpine but have not been able to halt the club's slide down the Football League.
