Fallon's side have only reached the FA Cup second round twice previously
Histon boss Steve Fallon was delighted to see his side handed a home tie with either Leeds or Northampton in the second round of the FA Cup.
Fallon told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire: "It'll be our biggest ever match without a shadow of a doubt, whether it's Leeds or Northampton.
"It's a fantastic draw for us, we're delighted with the draw whichever team we get."
The Stutes claimed the first-round scalp of Swindon on Saturday.
Histon ran out 1-0 winners at the Glass World Stadium in the club's first ever meeting with a League One side.
They have reached the second round of the FA Cup twice before in the 04-05 and 05-06 seasons.
Prior to Saturday's match Fallon's side had only played one previous game against a Football League side - when they faced Shrewsbury in round one of the cup in 2004.
Leeds and Northampton will replay at the Cobblers' Sixfields stadium on 18 November following a 1-1 draw at Elland Road on Friday.
A tie against Northampton would stir local interest, with the Cobblers based only 50 miles away.
But a Leeds win would see a club who were in the Champions League as recently as 2001 make the trip to north Cambridge.
"They're a massive club," said Fallon. "The only other team we were looking for was Peterborough, but you can't get any better than Leeds."
