Laszlo was angry with Steve Conroy's penalty decision
Hearts manager Csaba Laszlo has won his appeal against a two-match ban imposed by the Scottish FA.
Laszlo was reported to SFA last month after he attempted to enter the field of play after the final whistle in his team's 1-1 home draw against Aberdeen.
The Hungarian was incensed when match official Steve Conroy reversed his decision to award Hearts a late penalty after consultation with his assistant.
Laszlo was stopped from walking on the pitch and ordered to the dressing room.
The final moments of the match were shrouded in controversy after Conroy reversed a penalty decision for Hearts in the 85th minute after he consulted with his assistant, Chris Young.
Conroy had pointed to the spot after Michael Stewart fell under a challenge from Aberdeen goalkeeper Jamie Langfield, but he then gave a goal-kick.
Laszlo was also accused of shoving Dons' coach Sandy Clark but later claimed he was simply following his normal post-match routine of walking on to the park.
News of his suspension escape caps a positive few days for the Jambos' boss after Saturday's 2-1 victory over title-chasing Rangers.
That result left the Tynecastle side in pole position for a Europa Cup slot.
Meanwhile, the SFA says it will no longer make disciplinary matters public until after the body responsible for punishing rule breaches meet.
Its general purposes committee wants to avoid the type of situation that arose last week, when it was revealed that Rangers manager Walter Smith had been asked to explain his comments about assistant referee Tom Murphy following the game at Motherwell on 12 November.
So, while clubs will be informed, the SFA will no longer comment on these matters to the media before hearings are held.
