Frail worried by Hearts divisions
Hearts' assistant head coach Stephen Frail
Frail said Hearts were lacking team spirit
Hearts assistant coach Stephen Frail revealed there were divisions in the squad after the 4-0 mauling by Dundee United at Tynecastle.

"If I'm brutally honest, you can see there is a start of a team spirit, but there's still not enough," said Frail.

"We have a group of players who sit and talk and eat together, but all in their nationalities and it's wrong.

"We're trying as coaching staff to break that and bridge the gap. We let the fans and ourselves down."

Frail said Hearts were out-fought against United and revealed that morale in the squad could be better.

"We have eight or nine Lithuanians who all sit together, the Scottish guys, whether they're young or old, sit together, and then we've a table of Europeans," said Frail.

"If you don't sit and talk to your team-mates, will you go out and die on the pitch for them? At the moment we aren't.

"(The fans) pay good money and for us to turn in a performance like that is totally unacceptable."
