Ivanauskas delight at six changes
Hearts head coach Valdas Ivanauskas
Valdas Ivanauskas praised record signing Mirsad Beslija
Hearts head coach Valdas Ivanauskas was delighted his decision to make six changes paid off as his side beat Dundee United 4-0.

"It is not a risk because we know how high the sprit and how high the quality is in the team," he said.

"Okay, they had a lot of chances, but we have Craig Gordon and, after the first goal, the game was easy and after the second it was over."

"I said this was a very, very important game as we now have a two-week break."

Record Tynecastle signing Mirsad Beslija also impressed in a rare start, most notably setting up Makela's goal with a brilliant cross.

"You saw today he is quality," said Ivanauskas. "He is working very hard in every game and training.

"Mirsad is an international player and this was his best game.

"We know how important every player is and Mirsad must be waiting for a chance and today he took it.

"Every player has a future if he is working hard and is ready for the fight."
