Pools will face Davie Irons' Morton side in Scotland
Hartlepool United have announced their pre-season plans which include a mini-tour of Scotland this summer.
Pools take on Scottish Division One side Greenock Morton on Thursday 15 July after training in Largs.
They follow that fixture with a match against SPL side Falkirk at their Stirling University training ground.
Also on the agenda are matches with Blue Square Premier side York City and League Two side Rotherham United, all away from Victoria Park.
The Teessiders also celebrate their centenary year in 2008, and are participating in a tournament with Huddersfield Town and a Sunderland select side on July 26-27.
