Hartlepool's Michael Nelson has been named as League Two's player of the month for January.
The central defender helped his side record three wins from five league games, conceding only two goals.
This unbeaten run helped Danny Wilson's men end the month among the pacesetters in League Two.
The other contenders for the award were Lee Peacock of Swindon Town, Steve Phillips of Bristol Rovers and Martin Gritton of Mansfield Town.
