Doncaster defender Sam Hird is to stay on loan at Grimsby for a third month.
The Doncaster-born full-back signed for his hometown club after being released by Leeds United last summer.
He struggled to hold down a place in Rovers boss Sean O'Driscoll's first team and has made only one league start for the club.
He joined Grimsby in November and has made 12 appearances for the Mariners. His latest loan deal will keep him at Blundell Park until 15 February.
