Gretna have released midfielder Niall Henderson - while striker Fraser McLaren has joined Montrose on loan.
Henderson has signed a short-term deal with Second Division promotion hopefuls Raith Rovers, while McLaren joins the Third Division club until the summer.
Henderson has not played for the Black and Whites this season but recently had a short loan spell with Dumbarton.
McLaren, 19, who was on loan to Ayr United last term, has made six appearances for Gretna this season.
The Scotland Under-19 international is in his first season as a professional after stepping up from the youth team.
He and Northern Ireland Under-21 international Henderson are among a number of players either being released or sent out on loan as Gretna look to strengthen their side in a bid to avoid relegation.
Rovers manager John McGlynn told his club website: "Niall has been on trial with us for two weeks now and he has impressed me enough to give him a contract to the end of the season.
"This will give him the opportunity to impress me more and possibly gain a longer contract.
"He has ambition and wants to play at a higher level, so let's hope we can all be playing at a higher level next season."
