Striker McDonald signs for Grays

McDonald has also played for Ipswich, Gillingham and Inverness

Grays Athletic have signed striker Dean McDonald until the end of the year.

The 22-year-old was previously with the Essex side's Blue Square Premier rivals Rushden & Diamonds, having started his career at Arsenal as a trainee.

Meanwhile Grays defender Adam Gross has joined Isthmian Premier Division side Dartford on a one-month loan deal.

The former Barnet player has struggled to get in the first team this season and is in the final year of his contract at Bridge Road.
