Gravesend & Northfleet manager Andy Ford has signed Peterborough goalkeeper James Pullen on an 18-month contract.
Pullen was due to play the last match of his loan spell at Welling against Sutton on Saturday, but will now join up with Fleet immediately.
The 22-year-old's arrival has prompted Ford to release ex-Gillingham and Margate keeper Charlie Mitten.
The Fleet boss has told BBC Radio Kent he aims to bring in other players ahead of Monday's friendly with Redbridge.
