Gillingham manager Andy Hessenthaler says he is not worried even though his side have set an unwanted club record of 33 games without an away win.
Despite one of their best performances of the season at leaders Port Vale, the Gills had to settle for 0-0 draw.
"We're not worried about that now. They've got to forget about it," Hessenthaler told BBC Radio Kent.
"It will come, they just need to keep working their socks off and putting in performances like that."
He added: "We'll get a result away from home without a doubt and I think the fans can see that too with that performance.
"We've just got to keep on concentrating - we set a standard against a team that was top of the table.
"I think there's a collectiveness there and a togetherness in the dressing room and they want to do well for this football club.
"When I came back that was what I demanded.
"There's going to be disappointments along the way but if we keep putting performances in like that then we'll benefit come the end of the season."
The last time Gillingham won away from Priestfield was at Rochdale on 2 May 2009.
