Gillingham defender Craig Armstrong says the club are feeling the benefits of boss Mark Stimson's new regime.
"He's come in, and he's brought some really good ideas in," Armstrong told BBC Radio Kent.
"Training's picked up - obviously the fitness was an area he really wanted to work on.
"But it keeps us on our toes, and it will improve us come the end of the season as it will help us pick up more valuable points away from home."
