Flynn has impressed for Gillingham this season

Gillingham manager Ronnie Jepson has backed midfielder Michael Flynn to emulate Andrew Crofts and force his way into the Wales international squad.
Flynn, 26, has scored six goals this season and has been a regular in the League One Team of the Week.
Jepson told BBC Radio Kent: "If he keeps performing for us as he's doing then he has a chance.
"He's young enough and there is room for improvement. I want to help him and see him continue to progress."
