Douglas has not featured for Blackburn since September

Gillingham have signed Blackburn's Jonathan Douglas and James McEveley on loan, reports BBC Radio Kent.
Midfielder Douglas, 23, is a Republic of Ireland international but has not featured for Rovers since their Carling Cup defeat by Bournemouth in September.
Defender McEveley, 19, has made four Premiership appearances this season but has not played since November.
He links up with Gills boss Stan Ternent for a second time, having served Burnley on loan last season.
