Fulham wrap up late swoop for Elm

Roy Hodgson
Fulham boss Roy Hodgson left it late in the transfer window to sign Elm

Fulham have signed Swedish striker David Elm on a one-year deal for an undisclosed fee from Kalmar FF.

The 26-year-old, who played 64 games for the Swedish side, has signed a one-year deal that will see him remain at the club until the summer of 2010.

"I am looking forward to training with the team straight away in preparation for some important matches after this international break," he said.

"I am now looking forward to a new and exciting chapter in my career."
