Bjorn Helge Riise has won 16 caps for Norway, scoring one goal
Norway international midfielder Bjorn Helge Riise has joined Fulham on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
The 26-year-old brother of former Liverpool left-back John Arne spent the last five years at Lillestrom.
"It is a dream come true for me to sign for Fulham who had a fantastic season under Roy Hodgson last year," Riise told Fulham's website.
"His record in Scandanavia speaks for itself and I am excited about working with him over the coming months."
Riise, who joins fellow Norwegians Brede Hangeland and Erik Nevland at Craven Cottage, added: "Obviously I know Brede and Erik very well from the national team and they have only good things to say about the club."
The younger Riise, who has won 16 international caps, was due to join Cardiff in 2003 but the move fell through and he switched to Standard Liege.
