Matthew Taylor will not be heading for Craven Cottage

Fulham have had a £1.2m bid turned down for Portsmouth winger Matthew Taylor.
Pompey manager Harry Redknapp had hinted Taylor, 24, might have had to been sold to raise transfer cash but Fulham have refused to up their offer.
Redknapp said: "There's a good player in Germany who I'd have liked to have signed on loan, but that's not going to happen now by the look of it."
Taylor was one of Redknapp's first signings during the manager's first spell in charge of the club.
He is the club's joint-top scorer this season with four goals and has appeared in 18 of Pompey's 22 Premiership games.
