Fulham winger Sean Doherty has signed a contract extension which will keep him at the club until next summer.
Doherty has yet to make a first-team appearance for Fulham
Doherty, who joined Fulham from Everton in July 2001, has represented England at under-17 and under-21 level.
The 19-year-old had a brief spell on loan at Blackpool early last season, making one appearance as a substitute.
There had been reports that Fulham had released Doherty but the club stressed on its website that it had always intended to extend his contract.
