Forfar Athletic have given goalkeeper Sandy Wood a new two-year contract just days after the 9-1 thrashing at Morton that saw the club relegated.
"He is only 21 years of age and has got the stature and ability to be a really good goalkeeper," manager Jim Moffat told the club website.
"And while nine goals went past him on Saturday, there was no way he was at fault for any of them."
Defender Craig Lumsden has also agreed to stay on for another two years.
