Forest Green Rovers manager Tim Harris has signed Hednesford Town striker Mark Danks and former Bristol City forward Marvin Brown.

Danks, 20, has agreed a one-year deal and Brown, 21, has signed for a month.

Meanwhile, defender Matt Aubrey and midfielder Adie Adams have both left Rovers on loan - joining Gloucester City and Bashley respectively.

Meanwhile, Forest Green have been given planning approval for a a proposed new 3.5m ground in Nailsworth.

The new stadium could be built within the next 18 months.

Brown, who was released by Bristol City in the summer, had also served Torquay and Cheltenham on loan.
