Rice bemoans spot-kick decision
Falkirk assistant-boss Brian Rice (left) with John Hughes
Falkirk assistant-manager Brian Rice claims the decision of referee Eddie Smith not to award his side a first-half penalty cost his side.

Darryl Duffy was floored in the area by David McCracken minutes after firing the Bairns into an early lead - but the official waved play on.

Rice said: "Dundee United deserved to win - the better team won.

"But saying that we got the first goal and a crucial decision changed the whole course of the game."
