Moyes has had little cash available for new signings

Everton boss David Moyes has bemoaned his squad's lack of strength in depth after he was only able to select two outfield players on the bench.
Moyes only had Kevin Campbell and Nick Chadwick available as substitutes for Sunday's 3-1 pre-season friendly defeat against Club America.
"We can't go on like this - it's ridiculous," said Moyes.
"I've been saying for a while we're as stretched as any team I've known. I hope we can do something about it."
Moyes added: "I don't think there will be any new faces coming in - we will continue to work with what we've got.
"We will probably be gambling and we have to accept that.
"It's not as though we have many other players to choose from when we get back. Duncan Ferguson will be available and we hope to have Eddy Bosnar in."
