MOYES'S VIEW
|
David Moyes was satisfied with Everton display, despite having to settle for a point against Aston Villa.
Marcus Bent's equaliser kept Everton third after Lee Hendrie's opener.
He said: "We are probably a bit disappointed not to win, but the players gave it their lot and we kept our run going and stay in third place.
"Aston Villa were desperate not to lose after being knocked out of the Carling Cup at Burnley, but we had the opportunities to win it."
