Ebbsfleet chairman Holt hopes fans will aid finances
Daish's side are owned by members of website MyFC
Ebbsfleet have appealed to supporters to help re-sign their best players.
Fleet's entire squad are out of contract in April and it has emerged that just 800 fans out of 4000 have continued paying their membership fees.
Chairman Duncan Holt is hoping a scheme to gets fans to renew their membership will bring in much needed revenue.
"We will focus on a share issue, and a campaign to get the budget to re-sign seven or eight key players," Holt told Gravesend Messenger.
"We had somewhere in the region of 20% renewing. We were obviously hoping for a lot more, but it gives us something to work with. We are waiting to see how it affects our cash flow.
Ebbsfleet is the only club in the world to be owned by members of a website, MyFootballClub.
Under the proposed scheme, MyFC members will face a vote on a share issue and Holt said he hoped it would allow the 75% stakeholder to release some of its equity.
It was clear from the supporters forum that nobody wants a repeat of last year
Ebbsfleet chairman Duncan Holt
"Where the money comes from doesn't matter - to sustain where we are and take care of the deficit we need between £200,000 and £250,000."
The Blue Square Premier side have been in financial trouble for over a year and had just three players under contract after last season.
Holt will be meeting with manager Liam Daish next week to discuss their contract prospects for the end of the current season.
"It was clear from the supporters forum that nobody wants a repeat of last year," he said.
"I'll sit down with Liam and talk about who to keep and get some numbers so we can put them to the supporters as soon as possible."
