McInally is unhappy with how the SFA have handled his case
East Stirlingshire manager Jim Mcinally is set for a showdown with the Scottish FA after refusing to pay a £1,000 fine.
McInally was banned from the touchline until 5 December and fined following his outburst against match officials after a play-off game with Cowdenbeath.
His appeal against the fine was rejected for being too late and McInally has subsequently refused to pay the money.
The SFA has now written to McInally to tell him he faces further punishment.
A £500 fine and another six-match ban is likely to be enforced if he does not pay the outstanding sum within 14 days.
Mcinally told BBC Scotland: "I will be appealing this. The club were going to pay it because sanctions had been threatened against them.
"But this has nothing to do with the club. It is me who is refusing to pay because of the way I have been treated."
