Bairns' Sludden joins East Fife

Falkirk striker Paul Sludden
Sludden had a great season with Falkirk's youths last term

Falkirk striker Paul Sludden has joined East Fife on loan.

The 18-year-old will stay with the Second Division club for three months in the hope of gaining first-team experience in Methil.

Sludden was the top scorer in the Scottish Premier League's Under-19 league last season.

He is available for selection for East Fife's trip to Central Park to face third-top Cowdenbeath, with the visitors starting the day in sixth.
