Tannadice trio get loan chance

Johnny Russell in action for Raith Rovers
Russell has made a good impression at Stark's Park

Dundee United have extended striker Johnny Russell's loan to Raith Rovers until Boxing Day.

The 19-year-old, who made his United debut in May 2007, has scored twice in five appearances for the Division One side from Kirkcaldy.

Meanwhile, midfielder Marco Andreoni and goalkeeper Connor Grant have joined Forfar Athletic for one month.

Andreoni, 21, has had previous loan spells at Montrose, Airdrie United and Albion Rovers.
