Levein was unhappy to concede two goals at Pittodrie
Dundee United manager Craig Levein was frustrated to lose out 2-1 against Aberdeen at Pittodrie.
"We lost two goals that were preventable and did not take advantage of our superiority," he told BBC Sport.
"We were on the front foot for most of the match but recently we've not been able to make the most of our chances when we have been on top.
"We will go to Ibrox next week with no fear whatsover and if we play like we did today I'll be quite happy."
United, who remain a point behind Motherwell in the race for third spot, were two goals behind before Danny Swanson hit back with a magnificent solo goal.
"It was a goal worthy of winning any game but it's lost its value because we didn't get anything from the game," said Levein.
"Very few people in Scotland have the ability to score a goal like that and I thought Danny had a good game, as did several others.
"I enjoyed watching us play but the overriding feeling is of disappointment. Not in the way we entertained but because we lost two goals."
