Levein salutes defensive display

Levein said his side had the best chance of the match

Dundee United manager Craig Levein hailed his side's defensive display after the goalless draw with Celtic.

"The pleasing thing for me was that we didn't lose that late goal that you often do under the onslaught at Celtic," Levein told BBC Sport.

"We always work hard and that's something our supporters have always come to expect.

"Tonight was a point a lot of teams round about us wouldn't have expected us to get. It keeps our run going."

Despite Celtic hitting the post twice, Levein said he never felt his side were under too much pressure.

"I don't think our goalkeeper has made a save of any great significance," he said.

"We've had the best chance of the match, with Conway's header from six yards."
