Levein said Kalvenes' dismissal cost United the three points

Dundee United manager Craig Levein was seething over Christian Kalvenes' red card in the 2-1 defeat by Kilmarnock.
Kalvenes was sent off for a challenge on Steven Naismith when he appeared to get the ball before the man.
Levein told BBC Sport: "I'm angry as you could imagine. The referee must rescind the red card, but how do we get the points back?
"I don't understand where the red card came from. We weren't treated fairly tonight. It was a good tackle."
Levein said he was delighted with how his players performed up until the red card.
"It wasn't a foul, or a yellow card, never mind a red one.
"I knew he had won the ball, the player wasn't close enough for it be deemed aggressive," Levein added.
"We were in total control, passing the ball well and had got the goal.
"But Killie were searching for a spark from somewhere, and I don't know why the ref has helped them."
