Dundee United manager Craig Levein savoured the victory over Kilmarnock even more than his debut triumph over Rangers last weeked.
"It was on the cards last week with Rangers not doing particularly well and the 'new-manager effect'," he said after Noel Hunt scored the only goal.
"We probably deserved the win. Any match deserves to be won with a goal like that."
And he praised sub Collin Samuel for turning the game and creating the goal.
