After watching the 3-1 defeat at Easter Road, United boss Craig Brewster has warned his players they could be moved on if he does not see an improvement.
Brewster said: "The league position doesn't lie and it's going to be a hard
battle this season.
"A lot of these players have another year or so on their contracts.
"I don't know if it would be different if their deals were up in the summer,
but we need to bring a few bodies in anyway - it is as simple as that."
