Dundee United manager Gordon Chisholm felt a draw with Aberdeen was a fair result as he began his first full season in charge at Tannadice.
"Over the piece, I was happy with the result," he said after the 1-1 draw.
"I felt the first 25 minutes we had a couple of decent chances, but Aberdeen came back and put us under pressure.
"I was disappointed with the number of stray passes we had, but I was pleased with Lee Miller and, for him to score on his debut, was great."
