Dundee United manager Gordon Chisholm blasted his struggling strikers after a 1-0 defeat that allowed Livingston off the bottom of the SPL.
"The balls into the strikers were poor and when we had one or two chances we didn't take them," he said.
"We've let ourselves down again and it's bitterly disappointing.
"We never took our chances today and it's a must-win game now next weekend. My team do frustrate me - it's back to the drawing board for us."
