First Division Dundee have signed striker Bob Davidson from Rangers.
Davidson has joined the Dens Park club
The 20-year-old had a loan spell with English side Boston United earlier this season and has signed an 18-month contract at Dens Park.
Davidson played twice for Rangers' first-team but was not in new Ibrox manager Walter Smith's plans.
Dundee boss Alex Rae said: "Bob is a player I know from my own time at Ibrox who has an excellent scoring record at youth and reserve levels."
Rae added: "I've watched him for a while and believe he will be a good addition to the squad."
Davidson has been joined at Dens Park by new recruits Paul McHale and Kevin Smith and Dundee chief executive Dave MacKinnon said the club were still looking to strengthen the squad.
"We'd like to bring in another couple of players during the transfer window and we're working towards that," said MacKinnon.
