It would have been Chapman's second game in charge

New Dumbarton manager Jim Chapman has criticised the timing of the decision to postpone Saturday's Third Division game away to Arbroath.
The match was called off just over an hour before kick-off.
"At the time the decision was made, it was the right one," said Chapman. "The wind was too strong.
"But, had the game been called off earlier, we could have had a training session. As it was, we had to just take the news and travel home."
Arbroath's Gayfield Park overlooks the North Sea and is prey to strong winds.

"I feel for our fans, who made the journey for nothing," added Chapman, who took over at Strathclyde Homes Stadium in December.
"Sitting on a bus for four hours there and back must have been tough.
"I'm disappointed too for the players."
Chapman is hoping to arrange a midweek bounce game to keep his squad match fit.
