After scoring two goals in 42 league appearances for the Quakers he moved to Hibernian, before joining West Brom last summer.
"I've got a good spring, I am quick, and I can pass the ball," added Martis, who has struggled to make an impact at The Hawthorns.
"I feel that I have good composure and I love to play football. I feel that I can play good balls into the strikers and hope that I can create chances for them.
"There is a chance I will be thrown in at the deep end, but that is the gaffer's choice and if he needs me, I am ready."
